Issuance of diploma, diploma supplement, and course record book duplicate/copy

In accordance with Annex 13 of the currently effective Compensation and Allowance Regulations

• The fee for issuing a duplicate of the diploma, diploma supplement, or course record book duplicate/copy is HUF 25,000.
• The fee for issuing a certified COPY of course record book  diploma, diploma supplement, or course record book is HUF 12,500.

Steps to be taken regarding the application:

• Attach the filled-out form
• If you are requesting a CERTIFIED COPY, please submit the completed application form to the University by post, by email, or in person during office hours.

• A copy of a valid identification document is mandatory

Information concerning the payment and the amount of the fee will be provided to applicants by Szalayné Hegyi Lívia after the submission of the form.

The completed documents are always sent to you by registered mail.
